In the keyword searching for all collections, all keywords were handled as if they were part of a phrase. When you typed in two search keywords, only results with both keywords in that order were retrieved for you.
Here you may select to handle
keywords differently based on whether you want to find a phrase or use Boolean
operators. Sometimes you may need to click
the
button to find
the ways to handle keywords.

Highlight one dot that describes what you want to do with your keywords, and click OK.
Sometimes you may search across all fields with these options already present:

These keyword options
match the descriptions from the list above.
Here, you may also combine keyword handling with a search in a
specific field.
Click on Selected fields to view that option.
